United States, March 2026 – Paula Lima has started a new position as Sr. Director, Global Talent Strategy & HR Business Partner at Solenis, marking a significant advancement in her nearly decade-long journey with the organization.
Paula has been with Solenis for over nine years, steadily progressing through global talent and HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director, Global Talent Management and Organizational Development, following her tenure as Associate Director, Global Talent, Learning & Development and Senior Manager, Global Leadership & Organizational Development. Across these roles, she led enterprise-wide talent strategy, leadership development initiatives, and organizational effectiveness programs aligned with business growth.
Earlier in her Solenis career, Paula served as Senior Manager, HRBP LATAM, where she partnered closely with business leaders across Latin America, driving workforce strategy, employee relations, and leadership capability development across the region.
Prior to joining Solenis, Paula was Associate Manager, HR & Organizational Development at PDG Incorporadora e Construtora, where she focused on organizational effectiveness and HR transformation initiatives. She began her HR career at PwC Brasil as a Human Resources Specialist, building foundational expertise in talent management and people strategy.
Paula holds a postgraduate degree in Behavioral Economics from FIA Business School, further strengthening her ability to design data-informed, behaviorally grounded talent strategies.
