Before joining PCS Software, Hill held significant roles at W Energy Software, notably as Chief Revenue Officer and later as CEO. He was instrumental in steering W Energy Software through the sale of the company, maintaining steady progress amidst the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. His career also includes pivotal leadership positions at Value Creed, Bibliotheca, P2 Energy Solutions, and Allegro Development, where he was crucial in fostering customer-first software organizations.
