London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Peter Burnham has been named the Head of Talent, Leadership, and Performance at Mitie, the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company. In this role, Peter will oversee talent management, leadership development, performance strategies, succession planning, and psychometric initiatives, leveraging data-driven approaches to enhance business performance.
Peter brings extensive experience in talent and leadership management. Prior to joining Mitie, he served as a Director at Peopleytics, where he provided consultancy services in talent, assessment, and performance for organizations like Coca-Cola, SKY, and Morrisons. Before that, Peter was the Commercial Director at a&dc (now Talogy), where he contributed to talent solutions for companies like TK Maxx and Waitrose.

Earlier in his career, Peter founded Burnham Business Psychology, a consultancy specializing in behavioral measurement and leadership services, which he successfully scaled and sold to a&dc. His role as an Occupational Psychologist at Sainsbury’s saw him designing leadership frameworks, performance reviews, and talent assessments for the organization and its subsidiaries.
Peter began his career in recruitment and talent roles at Reed and Abbott Laboratories, building a foundation in HR strategy and analytics.
