Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September, 2024 – PNB MetLife India Insurance Company Limited, announced the appointment of Sanjay Kumar Karnatak as its new Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO), effective August 1, 2024.
As the CITO, Sanjay will drive the company’s technology vision and deliver exceptional customer experiences by overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, application development, data management, and digital transformation initiatives. His leadership will be crucial in ensuring the company’s technology aligns with its strategic goals and supports its growth ambitions.
Sanjay is a seasoned IT leader with over two and a half decades of experience, primarily in the insurance industry. His proven track record in driving digital transformation and his deep understanding of the insurance landscape make him a valuable addition to the company’s leadership team.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Mumbai and an MBA in IT Systems from IMT Ghaziabad.
