Vanderlande is thrilled to announce the promotion of Prachi Mishra to Global Head of Learning, marking a significant milestone in her illustrious career spanning over two decades in the training and development sector. Mishra’s journey at Vanderlande began two years and four months ago, and her rapid rise is a testament to her profound impact on the organization’s learning and development initiatives.
Prachi Mishra’s latest role as Global Head of Learning at Vanderlande, involves overseeing the company’s global training strategies. Prior to this, she successfully led as the Regional Head of Learning for the Asia-Pacific region at Vanderlande since January 2022. Her leadership in this role was instrumental in implementing effective learning processes across the company’s operations in the region.
Before her tenure at Vanderlande, Mishra held a pivotal role at Dassault Systèmes, where she served as Head of Learning & Development and Diversity & Inclusion Leader from January 2018 to January 2022. There, she was responsible for nurturing over 3500 employees’ competencies across three legal entities in India, significantly enhancing the organizational culture of learning and growth. Mishra was also the key architect of the Diversity & Inclusion charter in India, aligning local initiatives with global policies.
Earlier, at 3dPLM, Mishra was the Senior Lead for behavioral, soft skills, and leadership learning from July 2016 to December 2017, a role in which she honed the interpersonal and managerial skills of her colleagues.
Prachi also founded Prachi Mishra Image Consulting (PMIC) in January 2011, where she developed and delivered bespoke training and coaching solutions for a range of corporate clients, including major entities like ThyssenKrupp and Capgemini. Her work at PMIC, spanning over five years, underscored her versatility and commitment to enhancing corporate and personal image management through strategic executive coaching.
Mishra’s career began in earnest with significant roles in training and corporate relations at companies like Capita and Ecole Solitaire, where she was integral in developing and delivering L&D programs tailored to business needs and operational challenges.
