Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2024 – Pramod Bhandari has been named the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Aureolis Group, which oversees the group’s corporate businesses and investment entities, including Ivar Carbons, Smaart Water, Maritide Athletics, Aureolis Ventures, and Aureolis Capital. Pramod will drive financial strategy, governance, and performance optimization across the group’s diverse portfolio.
Pramod Bhandari brings over two decades of financial leadership to his new role. Prior to joining Aureolis Group, he served as Chief Operating Officer – Family Office at Metro Brands Limited, where he spearheaded wealth management, investment strategies, tax planning, and automation of family office functions, contributing significantly to portfolio performance and compliance.
Earlier, Pramod was Vice President (Khaitan Family Office) at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt. Ltd., where he managed equity rounds worth INR 450 crore and executed corporate restructuring initiatives, including IPO preparation and M&A activities.
At Reliance Retail, as Assistant General Manager Finance, Pramod led revenue enhancement projects and established robust management reporting systems, achieving significant operational efficiencies. His tenure at Reliance Communications as Senior Manager – Business Planning & Revenue Analysis earned him recognition for identifying revenue leakages and implementing Six Sigma projects.
He has also held key roles at organizations like Aditya Birla Group, where he contributed to finance and company secretarial functions, and Bharti Airtel, where he received accolades for excellence in management reporting.
