Germany, December 2024 – Raghu Chandrashekar has been named Head HR EMEA Varian at Siemens Healthineers, where he will oversee human resources operations across the EMEA region for the Varian business unit. In this role, Raghu will drive strategic HR initiatives, focusing on business transformation, talent management, and employee engagement to support the company’s mission of pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare.
Raghu brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience. Prior to this role, he served as Global Human Resources Business Partner at Siemens Healthineers, where he played a key role in executive development, performance improvement, and HR consulting.
Before joining Siemens Healthineers, Raghu was the Senior Vice President & Head Human Resources for Siemens in Mumbai, India, leading people strategies, talent development, and HR operations for two manufacturing units.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Chief Manager – Human Resources, focusing on driving HR policies, compliance, and innovative people programs. His experience also includes leadership roles at ABB and Flextronics Design Limited, where he contributed to HR transformation and workforce optimization.
