Rajat Vohra Appointed as CEO – India at Redington Limited

Gurgaon, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Rajat Vohra has taken on a new role as Chief Executive Officer – India at Redington Limited, marking a significant leadership transition within the organization. In his new role, Rajat will be leading the India business with a focus on accelerating growth, driving customer-centric innovation, and deepening strategic partnerships across the country’s rapidly evolving technology ecosystem.

Prior to his elevation as CEO – India, Rajat Vohra served as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Redington Limited for over three years, where he played a pivotal role in expanding Redington’s market presence and crafting its go-to-market strategy. His leadership was instrumental in aligning the sales force with the company’s digital transformation vision and strengthening channel engagement.

Before joining Redington, Rajat was associated with Newell Brands, where he served as General Manager – India and South Asia for Reynolds Pens India Pvt Ltd for nearly two years. During this period, he led strategic expansion initiatives and drove brand visibility across key South Asian markets.

Earlier, Rajat spent almost eight years at Shell, where he held multiple senior leadership positions including National Sales Manager and Route to Market Leader for India and neighbouring regions. At Shell, he spearheaded transformative distribution strategies, built cross-country collaboration frameworks, and was widely recognized for his strategic vision and operational excellence.

His career also includes impactful leadership tenures at Samsung India, where he served as GM – Distribution and Channel Management, and at HP, where he held multiple roles over a span of more than eight years, including Zonal Manager – North, Country Distribution Manager, and Partner Business Manager. At both organizations, Rajat delivered aggressive growth, built strong partner ecosystems, and designed innovative channel strategies that were instrumental in market expansion and profitability.
