Pune, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Sellowrap Group has appointed Rajesh Pewal as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role, he will lead the company’s human resources strategy, industrial relations, organizational development, talent management, and culture transformation initiatives, supporting Sellowrap’s continued growth and manufacturing excellence.
Rajesh Pewal brings more than 29 years of leadership experience across human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, change management, and end-to-end human capital management in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining Sellowrap Group, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at JM Aluminium, where he led strategic HR initiatives, organizational transformation, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and industrial relations while aligning people strategy with business objectives.
Before his tenure at JM Aluminium, Rajesh spent nearly 19 years with Eaton Industrial Systems Pvt. Ltd. as Head – HR & IR, where he successfully led human resources and industrial relations functions, managed complex multi-union negotiations, long-term wage settlements, organizational capability building, leadership development, and cost optimization initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held HR leadership roles with Essel Propack Ltd., Brook Crompton Greaves Ltd., and Videocon Exports Ltd., steadily building expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and people leadership across leading manufacturing organizations.
Recognized for his ability to build high-performance cultures while maintaining harmonious industrial relations, Rajesh has developed extensive expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, organizational development, organizational transformation, change management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, leadership development, workforce capability, and cost optimization. His appointment reinforces Sellowrap Group’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and organizational capability as it continues to expand its manufacturing footprint and serve leading global OEMs.
Rajesh holds a Master in Personnel Management (MPM) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, further strengthening his foundation in strategic human resources leadership.
