Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Rajiv Mishra has joined StockHolding Corporation of India Limited as the new Vice President- Human Wealth Development (HR). With extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic management, Rajiv will oversee human resources functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy implementation.
Rajiv Mishra most recently served as Dy General Manager – Human Resource at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited from June 2021 to July 2024 in Kota, Rajasthan. He was instrumental in developing HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving talent management processes, and leading digital HR initiatives.
Before Chambal Fertilisers, Rajiv was the Head of Human Resources & Administration Department at Nikon from April 2018 to May 2020. He implemented global strategic HR programs, managed performance and compensation systems, and ensured compliance with employment-related regulations.
Rajiv also has significant experience at Sumitomo Corporation India Pvt. Ltd., where he served as General Manager from August 2005 to March 2017. His responsibilities included HR strategy development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Earlier in his career, Rajiv worked at Aon Hewitt Asia as a Manager from March 2002 to August 2005 in Gurgaon, Haryana. He provided HR guidance, managed payroll and compliance, and developed HR programs to support organizational effectiveness.
