Before joining Sobha Realty, Ranjit Jose served as Vice President & HR Head at Diageo for nearly 5 years, where he was responsible for leading HR strategies, talent acquisition, and employee development across India. He also held the roles of General Manager HR and Deputy General Manager HR at Diageo, playing a pivotal role in leadership hiring, employer branding, and employee lifecycle management.

Prior to his tenure at Diageo, Ranjit was the Head of Talent & OD at Britannia Industries Limited, focusing on talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning. His early career included roles as Senior Analyst Human Resources at Accenture and Assistant Manager Human Resources at GSK, further solidifying his expertise in HR operations and talent management.
