Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 — Lumax World, a leading name in India’s automotive manufacturing sector, has announced the elevation of Ravi Teltia to Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (SVP & CFO). This marks a significant milestone in his two-decade-long journey of driving financial excellence, transformation, and strategic growth across diverse industries.
In his new role, Ravi will oversee investor relations, treasury, business strategy, and core financial operations, continuing to strengthen Lumax’s financial governance and enabling strategic business decisions that align with the group’s growth vision. His leadership will be central to steering Lumax’s financial performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement as the company continues to expand its global footprint.
Before this elevation, Ravi served as Vice President & CFO at Lumax World, where he played a key role in streamlining financial operations, enhancing governance mechanisms, and fostering business partnerships that supported sustainable profitability.
Prior to joining Lumax, Ravi was Chief Financial Officer at NRB Bearings Limited, responsible for group-level financial strategy, P&L improvement, and supply chain transformation. He also held leadership positions at Philips LumiLeds Lighting Company LLC, Philips India, and Tata Chemicals, where he developed extensive expertise in corporate finance, business partnering, and strategic planning.
Ravi began his career with Surya Roshni Ltd., managing finance and accounting operations for its manufacturing unit — a foundation that helped shape his deep understanding of industrial finance and operational excellence. His consistent focus on creating “future-ready finance organizations” has made him a respected figure in India’s finance and manufacturing ecosystem.
