In her most recent role as Chief People Officer at nybl, Osman played a crucial role in creating a people-centered culture that enabled nybl’s growth in the AI industry. Her work involved developing and leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, fostering a strong sense of belonging, and building a supportive environment that emphasized collaboration and personal growth. Her efforts have significantly contributed to establishing nybl as a respected and innovative company with a culture that prioritizes people over profit.
Prior to joining nybl, Osman served as Director of Human Capital at Reso, where she was responsible for talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and engagement strategies. Her focus on creating cohesive HR policies and managing the recruitment and performance management processes laid the foundation for a thriving workplace culture. During this time, she successfully implemented strategies that enhanced employee satisfaction and performance.
At Earth Environmental Services, Osman took on the role of Director of Marketing & Board Secretary. Here, she developed and executed marketing strategies and managed branding for the company, displaying her versatility and strategic thinking. Her responsibilities also included overseeing HR functions such as employee engagement and wellness initiatives, further shaping her holistic approach to people management.
Osman’s early experience includes her tenure at Talent2 as HR Project/Operations Manager, where she led HR initiatives across the Middle East, including talent acquisition, HR policy creation, and strategic resourcing. Her contributions at Talent2 helped streamline HR functions and fostered strong connections with regional clients, building a foundation for her future leadership in organizational culture and people strategies.
