In her new role, Richa will lead strategic staffing, talent deployment, and workforce planning across A&M’s fast-growing advisory practice. She will play a pivotal part in consultant allocation, capability alignment, and talent optimisation, ensuring the firm’s workforce is strategically positioned to meet evolving client needs worldwide.
With over 16 years of experience in staffing, professional development, and HR strategy, Richa brings a deep understanding of people leadership and talent management within global consulting environments. Her elevation reflects A&M’s continued investment in strengthening its internal talent ecosystem and fostering sustainable growth across its global advisory network.
Prior to this elevation, Richa served as Senior Manager – Staffing at Alvarez & Marsal, where she successfully managed consultant deployment, workforce forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies. Her strategic insights have been integral in improving staffing efficiency, consultant satisfaction, and leadership alignment within the organisation.
Before joining A&M, Richa held key leadership roles at Masters’ Union, where she served as Deputy Director – Career Advisory, guiding professionals through capability development and career strategy. At Arthur D. Little, she led staffing for the Middle East and India regions, overseeing performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Earlier, during her tenures with Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company, Richa was responsible for consultant staffing, learning and development, and performance evaluation, contributing to capability building and professional growth frameworks across regional and global offices. Her early experience with Greenply Industries, Serco, and Ventures HRD further strengthened her expertise in recruitment, HR policy development, and strategic workforce planning.
In her expanded leadership role, Richa will continue to drive A&M’s staffing excellence, ensuring optimal resource utilisation, equitable opportunity, and alignment between consultant aspirations and business objectives. Her strategic focus will help advance A&M’s mission to deliver measurable impact through high-performing, client-centric teams.
