Dubai, UAE, October 2024 — Rishi Nath Bhagirath has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Khadak, a leading company with a growing presence in India’s culinary scene. In his new position, Rishi will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions and driving talent management strategies to support the company’s expanding operations across diverse regions.
In addition to his new role with Khadak, Rishi Nath Bhagirath continues to serve as Head of People & Culture at LemonButter, where he is leading HR functions at a global level, with a focus on expanding operations in the GCC and EU markets. His efforts are instrumental in bringing world-class HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity for the group, which operates in sectors like wealth management, hospitality consultancy, and trading.
Earlier, Rishi held the position of Human Resources Manager at Statkraft, where he managed the HR portfolio for India. He played a significant role in talent management and leadership development programs, while also collaborating closely with the headquarters in Norway to implement global HR initiatives.
Prior to Statkraft, Rishi was the Manager – Human Resources, South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, where he was responsible for talent management, HR automation, and pre-opening HR support for multiple properties across the region. He also held various HR roles at ITC Hotels and Taj Hotels, contributing significantly to their talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement efforts.
