New Delhi, Delhi, India, March 2025 – Hero Realty has appointed Rohit Kishore as its new Chief Executive Officer, bringing with him over 21 years of experience in real estate strategy, business development, and large-scale project execution. His appointment comes at a pivotal moment as the company accelerates its growth ambitions and aims to solidify its position as a top-tier real estate brand in India.
Before joining Hero Realty, Rohit Kishore served as CEO at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties, where he led landmark projects and strategic initiatives that contributed significantly to the firm’s expansion and brand equity.

Earlier, at Lotus Greens Developers Pvt. Ltd., he held multiple leadership roles, including COO & Director, Director – Strategy & Business Development, and Vice President – Strategy, where he was instrumental in spearheading business expansion and long-term planning.
He also held leadership responsibilities at Mars Development and Investment LLC, where he served as Director with a focus on P&L ownership, strategy, and business growth. Prior to that, he played a crucial role at M3M India Private Limited as General Manager – Corporate Strategy, contributing to high-value deals and project management.
Rohit also brings valuable experience from his tenure as Head of Business Development at Bharti Realty, and earlier as Manager – Corporate Strategy & Business Development at Unitech Ltd, where he managed PE deals worth over $150 million and was involved in key project launches.
