Dallas, Texas, United States, July 2026 — Gordon Ramsay North America has promoted Ronnie Price to the role of Corporate Director of Human Resources, recognizing her leadership in strengthening people strategy and supporting the company’s continued expansion across North America.
In her new position, Price will lead corporate human resources initiatives across Gordon Ramsay North America’s growing portfolio of restaurant brands. She will oversee enterprise-wide HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, leadership capability, workforce planning, and people operations, helping build a high-performing culture that supports the company’s ambitious growth plans.
Price has been with Gordon Ramsay North America since early 2024, most recently serving as Corporate Human Resources Business Partner. During this period, she partnered with business leaders to drive people strategy, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the company’s expanding restaurant operations.
Prior to joining Gordon Ramsay North America, Price served as Complex Director of Human Resources at Dimension Hospitality, where she led HR operations for multiple hospitality properties, overseeing employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance, workforce planning, leadership development, and operational HR excellence.
Earlier, she spent over a year with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group, progressing through the roles of Area Human Resources Manager, Senior Area Human Resources Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. During this time, she played an integral role in supporting multi-property HR operations, strengthening talent management practices, improving employee engagement, and partnering with operational leaders to drive organizational performance.
Before transitioning into hospitality leadership, Price built her HR foundation with AMC Theatres, where she progressed from Human Resources Supervisor to Human Resources Manager, following an earlier operational role with Kerasotes ShowPlace Theatres. These experiences provided her with broad expertise across employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, leadership coaching, and workforce operations.
Throughout her career, Price has developed strong capabilities in Human Resources Strategy, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Hospitality HR, Team Leadership, and People Operations.
