With a robust background in HR leadership and organizational development, Qamar brings over a decade of experience to her new role at Enrichers Investment Group.
Prior to joining Enrichers, Sabira Qamar demonstrated her expertise at Veronit Solutions Ltd., where she has served as the Director of Human Resources since January 2021. In this role, she successfully spearheaded HR initiatives tailored for a dynamic and evolving market landscape. Before her tenure at Veronit Solutions, she was a Senior Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development at MAS Commodities Pvt. Limited from December 2023 to April 2024, where she was integral in restructuring HR operations to drive business efficiency.
Qamar’s earlier roles include Manager of Human Resources at M Sense Communications Pvt. Ltd from February 2017 to December 2020, and at The Harvest Group from September 2015 to December 2016, where she honed her skills in strategic HR management and employee engagement. These experiences underscore her capability to align HR strategies with overarching business goals.
