Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2024 – Sandeep Dubey has started a new role as Vice President Human Resources at USV PRIVATE LIMITED. In this capacity, Sandeep will lead HR strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement.
Sandeep Dubey has been with USV PRIVATE LIMITED for over three years. Prior to his new role, he served as the Sr General Manager, where he was responsible for Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, HR Shared Services, Performance Management, Process Excellence, Implementation & Administration of HRMS (PeopleStrong), HR Compliances, Manpower, and HR Operating Budget.
Before joining USV PRIVATE LIMITED, Sandeep was the Head of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations at Allied Blenders & Distillers Pvt. Ltd.
Earlier in his career, Sandeep had a long tenure at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., where he held various HR roles, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, and Deputy Manager.
