Berlin, Germany, October 2024 – Sarah Guerrier has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at Sunday Natural. In this role, Sarah will lead initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and drive people-focused strategies to support the company’s continued growth. She will collaborate closely with Patrick Schmidt (CEO), the management team, and Judith Gabriel (Lead People & Culture) to enhance employee engagement and organizational development at Sunday Natural.
Prior to joining Sunday Natural, Sarah spent nearly 11 years at Zalando, where she held multiple leadership roles, including VP of People Experience, VP of CDT/Strategy & Projects, and Director of People Operations. In these roles, Sarah successfully developed and implemented people strategies, operational excellence initiatives, and transformative cultural programs, making significant contributions to Zalando’s growth.
Earlier in her career, Sarah worked at Procter & Gamble as a Brand Manager for Home & Fabric Care in the DACH region, where she honed her skills in brand management and marketing. Her experience also includes a sabbatical consultancy with UNICEF in Mauritania, where she supported impactful humanitarian projects.
Sarah’s diverse experience in people operations, strategy, and brand management will be instrumental in shaping Sunday Natural’s employee-centric culture as it continues its expansion.
