Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2024 – Satheesh K V has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Acko in June 2024. With extensive experience in HR and talent management, Satheesh brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, aiming to enhance Acko’s people strategies and drive organizational growth.
Satheesh K V joins Acko from Spottabl, where he served as Co-Founder & COO for approximately 4 years and 9 months, and continues to serve as a Member of the Board of Directors. Spottabl is a SaaS-enabled full-stack recruitment platform, where Satheesh was instrumental in creating a seamless hiring process powered by AI-based talent matching.
Prior to Spottabl, Satheesh held the role of GM – People Excellence at xto10x Technologies Pvt Ltd for 8 months, where he led the people function across various domains, including diagnosis, partnerships, learning content, and technology solutions. He also served as Senior Director – Human Resources at Flipkart for over 7 years, heading Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management, People Analytics, and Employer Branding.
Earlier in his career, Satheesh worked with AOL as an HR Manager for nearly 4 years, focusing on Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Operations. He has also held HR roles at Dell Technologies, Philips, and Intel Corporation.
