Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands, April 2025 – Satya S R Pasi has taken on a new role as Global Head of Talent at Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemicals operating in more than 80 countries. In this strategic role, Satya will lead global initiatives across talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and DE&I, shaping Nouryon’s workforce strategy to meet future business demands.
Prior to joining Nouryon, Satya was with Pandora, where he led the Global Talent, Learning & Capabilities agenda, driving people and organizational development in support of business transformation. Before that, he served as Global Head of Talent at EssilorLuxottica / GrandVision, where he established a comprehensive, world-class talent strategy that significantly improved internal promotions, retention, and succession health metrics across 27 countries.

Earlier, Satya was Global Director HR, Talent & OD at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT), where he transformed leadership development, performance, and engagement practices while managing global HR transformation projects. He also held a key role as Director HR – Talent Management & OD at ING, where he developed and embedded the ‘Orange Leadership’ profile post the financial crisis, leading organizational design and CEO succession planning.
Satya’s earlier roles include leadership and consulting positions with &samhoud, Six Senses Resorts & Spas, K. Raheja Group of Hotels, and Sterling Holiday Resorts, building a strong foundation in global HR, transformation, and talent strategy. He holds an MBA in Strategy and Global Management from HULT International Business School, USA.
