Delhi, India, October 2024 – Saumitra Mishra has joined JS Dutta Group as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for leading the HR strategy, overseeing HR operations, and driving talent management initiatives across the organization. Saumitra will focus on implementing a robust HR framework to support the company’s growth and business objectives.
Prior to joining JS Dutta Group, Saumitra served as Assistant Director at The Royal Avenue, where he led talent acquisition strategies for both permanent and contract staffing across India and APAC regions. His leadership ensured seamless recruitment processes, enhanced candidate experience, and diversity in hiring.
Before that, Saumitra worked at The Wave Group as Assistant Manager, where he managed HR operations and talent acquisition strategies. He also gained significant experience at Innefu Labs Pvt. Ltd., where he served as HR Manager for over two years, playing a key role in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.
In his earlier career, Saumitra held roles at Nityo Infotech as Senior Executive Technical Resource and at Aalacom Technologies as Talent Acquisition Specialist, where he developed expertise in IT recruitment and organization skills.
