Delhi, India, June 2026 — Saumya Saxena has started a new position as Vice President – Design & Product at Max Estates Ltd.Saxena has been associated with Max Estates Ltd. for more than four years and has built a strong leadership journey within the organization across design strategy, product innovation, architectural planning, and customer experience.
In her new role, she will lead the Design & Product function at Max Estates, with responsibility for product innovation, architectural design, and customer experience across a development portfolio of 18 million sq. ft.Prior to this promotion, Saxena served as AVP – Head of Design & Product at Max Estates Ltd. Earlier, she held the role of Head of Design & Product, contributing to the company’s design-led real estate development approach and strengthening its product experience strategy.
Before joining Max Estates, she worked with Godrej Properties Limited as Senior Manager – Design Strategy, where she contributed to design planning and real estate product strategy. Her earlier career includes experience as Design Consultant | Assistant Professor at the School of Architecture & Planning, Senior Architect at Kanvinde Rai & Chowdhury, and Project Architect at Neev Architects Interiors & Urban Design Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
With her strong expertise in architectural design, product development, customer experience, and real estate design strategy, Saxena is expected to play a key role in shaping Max Estates’ next phase of design-led growth and innovation.
