Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 – Saurabh Pandey has been elevated to Associate Vice President – Human Resources at Godrej Foods Limited, marking another significant milestone in his HR leadership journey. In his expanded role, he will continue to drive strategic people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs to support the company’s growth ambitions across the food and agri-business ecosystem.
Saurabh has been associated with the Godrej Group for nearly five years and has played an important role in strengthening people practices, business partnering, organizational development, and HR transformation initiatives. His promotion reflects the organization’s confidence in his ability to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performance and employee-centric culture.
Prior to this elevation, Saurabh served as General Manager – HR at Godrej Foods Limited, where he led key initiatives across organizational development, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Earlier, he served as Deputy General Manager – HR, contributing significantly to strengthening HR processes and supporting business growth through strategic people interventions.
Before joining Godrej Foods Limited, Saurabh spent over three years with Godrej Agrovet Limited, where he served as Deputy General Manager – HR and earlier as Regional Manager HR (North & East). During this period, he partnered closely with business leaders across multiple geographies, driving talent initiatives, employee engagement programs, leadership capability building, and organizational effectiveness projects across the agricultural and food value chain.
Earlier in his career, Saurabh worked with Mahindra Truck and Bus as Zonal Manager – Sales HR (North & East), supporting workforce strategy and people management for large sales operations. He also served as HR Business Partner – Retail at Bharti Airtel, where he partnered with business leaders on talent management, employee engagement, and performance initiatives across retail operations.
His professional journey also includes serving as Plant Human Resources Manager at BILT, where he gained valuable experience managing industrial relations, workforce planning, employee development, and HR operations within a manufacturing environment. This diverse exposure across manufacturing, telecom, automotive, agriculture, and food sectors has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of people leadership and organizational growth.
Saurabh holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from International School of Business & Media. His strong academic foundation combined with more than fifteen years of HR leadership experience has enabled him to successfully lead people transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
