Prior to this elevation, Raman served as Vice President – Business Development at DMI Finance Private Limited, where he was responsible for strengthening business relationships, developing growth opportunities, and supporting the company’s expanding portfolio of lending and fintech partnerships. His efforts contributed to enhancing DMI Finance’s position as a leading technology-driven credit solutions provider in India.
Before joining DMI Finance, Raman spent six years with TransUnion CIBIL Limited, where he progressed through multiple leadership roles including Joint Vice President, Deputy Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. During his tenure, he worked closely with financial institutions, lenders, fintech companies, and ecosystem partners, helping drive business growth, credit information solutions adoption, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. His contributions supported the company’s mission of enabling better credit decisions and expanding access to financial services.
Earlier, Raman spent five years with Nucleus Software, where he led business development initiatives and managed relationships with channel partners and consultants. His work focused on expanding market reach, building strategic alliances, and supporting the adoption of digital lending and banking technology solutions among financial institutions.
Prior to Nucleus Software, he held business development roles with One97 Communications Limited, the parent organization behind Paytm, where he contributed to expanding digital payment and technology-led business opportunities. Earlier, he worked with Tech Mahindra, gaining valuable experience in enterprise business development, technology solutions, and client relationship management.
