Washington, D.C., United States, March 2025 – Sharon Flinder has been named Chief Talent Officer at Transformation Systems Inc. (TSI), where she will lead strategic talent initiatives, leadership development, and executive coaching programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and human capital innovation.
Sharon has been an integral part of TSI for over 23 years, previously serving as Executive Director of Applied Psychology and Executive Coaching Practice Leader. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in advancing leadership potential, organizational transformation, and high-performance talent strategies. Her expertise in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, combined with extensive coaching experience, has supported leaders in the private sector, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and Federal Executive Institute.
Prior to joining TSI, Sharon worked as an Associate at The Performance Center – Applied Engineering Research Lab and held research roles at Bell Atlantic and Allstate Research and Planning Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech.
With a passion for helping leaders maximize their potential, Sharon’s leadership in talent optimization, change management, and people strategy will drive TSI’s mission of accelerating transformation in national defense, healthcare, and education systems.
