Bringing four decades of healthcare leadership experience to the company, Tudeen is a proven business builder, operator, and leader with a wealth of background experience that includes roles as Chairman, CEO, and Director for several leading healthcare organizations in the Nashville market and beyond. With a strong track record of establishing and fostering high-performing company cultures that have driven rapid growth, Tudeen’s expertise will be instrumental in advancing Shearwater Health’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes globally.

Among Tudeen’s most recent leadership roles, he was the Chief Executive Officer of CareBridge, the leading value-based care provider for Medicaid and special populations in the nation, before becoming Vice Chair of the Board in 2023, prior to its acquisition by Elevance Health in 2024. Under Tudeen’s leadership, CareBridge received the “Best in Business” award from the Nashville Business Journal and secured the No. 1 ranking on Inc.’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Companies list.
Tudeen’s extensive experience also includes roles as a founding investor and director at Aspire Health, CEO of PopHealthCare, and CEO and Chairman of Inspiris. Additionally, he has served as a director for multiple healthcare organizations, including VeriCare, UpFront Healthcare Services, and MDSave. In addition to Shearwater Health, Tudeen currently holds board positions at Visana Health, Tuesday Health, and Fusion Health, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing healthcare innovation.
