With a rich background in human capital management and strategic HR leadership, she brings valuable expertise to the team, aiming to align HR programs with Jain Amar’s strategic objectives and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Shivani’s most recent role was at KOOVS, where she served as the Head HR & Admin for nearly eight years. In this strategic HR role, she engaged with top management and key stakeholders, driving various HR strategies and organizational designs. Her leadership in aligning business and people needs was crucial in achieving organizational goals.
Prior to KOOVS, Shivani worked at Genesis Colors as a Sr. Manager – Human Capital. Here, she excelled in talent acquisition and management, contributing to the company’s growth by implementing effective HR operations and payroll administration.
At Jubilant Enpro, she held the position of HR Manager. Despite her short tenure, she made significant contributions to onboarding processes and people management, demonstrating her ability to adapt quickly and deliver impactful HR solutions.
Earlier in her career, Shivani was at RSH (Middle East) LLC, where she served as the Manager HR. She headed the HR department in India, managing international brands and ensuring efficient HR operations across various locations.
