Shrey Shah Joins Isprava as General Manager & Head of Talent Acquisition

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2026 — Shrey Shah has joined Isprava as General Manager & Head of Talent Acquisition.Shah brings strong experience across talent acquisition, leadership hiring, recruitment strategy, business partnering, executive search, employer branding, and organizational growth support. In his new role, he is expected to lead Isprava’s talent acquisition agenda and strengthen hiring strategies aligned with the company’s continued growth in the luxury real estate segment.

Prior to joining Isprava, Shah served as Lead – Talent Acquisition at PI Industries Ltd, where he was responsible for driving the talent acquisition agenda across diverse business lines. His role involved building a structured and scalable TA function, partnering with business leaders on workforce priorities, establishing standardized hiring processes and SOPs, leading senior, mid, and junior-level hiring, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Earlier, Shah spent over seven years with Native, where he progressed through roles including Associate Principal, Consultant, Associate Consultant, and Associate. During this tenure, he worked across executive search, talent advisory, leadership hiring, client partnering, and recruitment consulting, supporting organizations across multiple industries.He began his professional journey with Tata Consultancy Services as System Administrator, gaining foundational experience in technology operations and organizational systems.

With his expertise in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, recruitment consulting, and business-aligned workforce planning, Shah is expected to play a key role in strengthening Isprava’s talent pipeline and supporting its next phase of growth.
