Over the past decade, Shuchi has held senior roles at HSBC, including Senior Vice President – HR Consultant and Vice President, where she led strategic HR initiatives and large-scale transformation projects.Before HSBC, she was with Aon, contributing to talent and performance advisory mandates for diverse industries.
Her tenure at ICICI Bank saw her manage business HR for Wholesale Banking and campus recruitment, further sharpening her expertise in leadership and workforce development.She began her career at DCM Shriram Ltd. and Infosys, where she built her foundation in training, development, and stakeholder management, establishing herself as a well-rounded HR professional.
