Basel, Switzerland, December 2025 – Sidita Sulejmani has taken on an expanded leadership mandate as Head of HR for Sandoz Global Development at Sandoz, marking a significant progression in her global human resources leadership journey within the organization.
In her current role as Head of HR for Sandoz Global Development, Sidita Sulejmani is responsible for leading the people agenda for Sandoz’s global development organization, based in Basel, Switzerland. This role represents a natural expansion of her strategic HR leadership within Sandoz, following several senior global responsibilities across talent, learning, and HR strategy.
Prior to this elevation, she served as Global Head of HR Strategy and Portfolio Management at Sandoz, where she played a key role in shaping enterprise-wide HR strategy, governance, and portfolio prioritization. In this capacity, she worked closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business transformation and long-term organizational objectives.
Earlier, Sidita held the position of Global Head of Talent Management & Learning at Sandoz, leading global talent, leadership development, workforce planning, and learning agendas. Her work focused on building sustainable leadership pipelines and strengthening organizational capability across international markets.
Before joining Sandoz, she spent over a decade at Vodafone, most recently as Senior HR Business Partner, supporting large-scale technology and network operations across multiple countries. Her Vodafone tenure also included roles such as Global Digital HR Manager, Employee Experience Consultant, and Learning & Development Lead, where she led global digital transformation, knowledge management platforms, and large-scale workforce learning initiatives impacting tens of thousands of employees.
In addition to her corporate leadership career, Sidita Sulejmani has contributed to academia as a Strategic Human Resources Management Lecturer at the University of New York Tirana and previously as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tirana, reflecting her deep engagement with HR thought leadership and capability building.
