Simon Clarke Appointed as Chief Talent Officer at Deus X Capital

London, United Kingdom, December 2024 – Simon Clarke has joined Deus X Capital as Chief Talent Officer, where he will lead the organization’s talent acquisition and management strategies. In this critical role, Simon will focus on cultivating a world-class team to drive Deus X Capital’s mission of building a fairer, more transparent financial system, underpinned by innovation in capital markets, fintech, and digital assets.

Simon brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and organizational leadership. Before joining Deus X Capital, he co-founded [Y]OUR PARTNERS, an executive search firm operating across London, New York, and Bermuda, specializing in capital markets, fintech, and insurtech. During his tenure, Simon helped shape the leadership teams of innovative companies in these sectors.

Earlier, Simon held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition at R3, where he established and led the global talent acquisition team, growing the organization to over 300 employees across 13 countries. His efforts significantly contributed to R3’s emergence as a leading enterprise blockchain provider.

Simon also served as Head of Talent Acquisition at SIX Digital Exchange, where he oversaw recruitment across London, Zurich, and Singapore, aligning the workforce with the company’s vision of revolutionizing regulated financial market infrastructure.

With a strong foundation in executive search, Simon has held leadership roles at Castle Lowe, Brattle Cameron, and Hammond Partners, where he managed high-profile mandates across private equity, capital markets, and real estate sectors. His career also includes a tenure as Executive Director, Global Markets at Watmough Mallett, focusing on emerging markets.
