She has played a pivotal role in shaping MFine’s enterprise growth journey, having earlier served as Head of Enterprise Business, where she led corporate partnerships and elevated customer engagement across sectors.
Before joining MFine, Siri held several key leadership roles at Firstsource, MediBuddy, and Medi Assist, where she successfully managed enterprise healthcare portfolios for clients such as Carelon, Tech Mahindra, L&T, Wipro, IBM, Cognizant, Coca-Cola, SAP, and Intel. Her ability to design scalable healthcare benefit solutions and drive operational excellence positioned her as a trusted partner for corporate wellness and insurance programs.
Earlier in her career, Siri worked with Infosys BPM, AXA, and GE Capital, where she built a strong foundation in process excellence, transitions, and customer relationship management. Beyond the corporate sphere, she also pursued her entrepreneurial passion through her café venture “Bigsiris” in Bengaluru, demonstrating her versatility as both a business leader and entrepreneur.
