Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Samidha Mohanty has joined Fiserv as Senior Director – Human Resources, bringing with her nearly two decades of multifaceted HR experience across industries including insurance, IT, semiconductors, healthcare, consulting, and financial services. In her new role, she will spearhead Fiserv’s HR strategy, focusing on organizational transformation, talent development, leadership capability building, and employee engagement, to further strengthen the company’s high-performance and innovation-driven culture.
Prior to joining Fiserv, Samidha served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Oasis Fertility, where she led the people charter for the healthcare group, driving strategic HR transformation and growth-focused initiatives across India and Asia Pacific. Her leadership played a key role in shaping the company’s learning culture, career development frameworks, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Earlier, she held a senior leadership role at VOIS (Vodafone), where she managed global HR partnering for technology teams, focusing on capability building, change management, and leadership development. Her contributions included developing programs that enhanced collaboration, performance, and innovation across geographies.
Before VOIS, Samidha worked with Intel Corporation, where she designed and implemented large-scale talent development and career pathing programs for leaders and managers. She also played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational agility and diversity initiatives, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business outcomes.
Her earlier experiences include impactful roles at Infosys BPO and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, where she gained strong foundations in employee engagement, business partnering, and organizational learning. Across her career, Samidha has led HR programs for employee bases of up to 36,000 professionals, driving end-to-end people strategies encompassing leadership development, innovation, D&I, and organizational growth.
