Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, June 2026 — Sodexo has announced the appointment of Agnès Park as Group Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 1, 2026. She will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Thierry Delaporte and join the company’s Global Executive Team as the global food services and facilities management leader advances its growth and transformation agenda.
Park joins Sodexo with extensive international leadership experience spanning the automotive, pharmaceutical, technology, and life sciences sectors. Throughout her career, she has focused on designing and executing human resources strategies that align people priorities with business objectives, while supporting organizational growth, workforce transformation, and leadership development.
In her new role, Park will be responsible for shaping Sodexo’s global people strategy, strengthening talent development, advancing workforce planning initiatives, and reinforcing a high-performance culture across the organization. She will also play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic transformation program, “Shift & Grow,” aimed at accelerating growth and enhancing service quality across global operations.

Prior to joining Sodexo, Park served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Valeo, the global automotive technology company operating in 32 countries and employing more than 100,000 people worldwide. During her tenure, she led the company’s global human resources strategy, driving cultural and organizational transformation initiatives while strengthening leadership and talent development programs.
Before Valeo, she held several senior HR leadership positions within global pharmaceutical and technology life sciences organizations, partnering with executive leadership teams to navigate complex business environments and support long-term growth objectives. Across her career spanning more than 27 years, Park has developed deep expertise in organizational transformation, workforce planning, leadership development, labor relations, and talent strategy.
A French national, Park is fluent in English and Korean and is based in France.
Her appointment comes as Sodexo continues to strengthen its leadership team and invest in talent capabilities to support its evolving business strategy and long-term growth ambitions across global markets.
