Gurugram, Haryana, India, June 2026 — Michael Page has announced the role enhancement of Sonam Bhatia, who will now serve as Talent Acquisition Head – India.
Bhatia assumes the expanded responsibility following a series of leadership advancements within the organization over the past four years. In her new role, she will lead talent acquisition strategy and recruitment operations across Michael Page’s India business, focusing on attracting, developing, and hiring top talent to support the company’s continued growth.
Prior to this role enhancement, she served as Manager – Talent Acquisition and earlier as Talent Acquisition Lead, where she was responsible for recruitment strategy, hiring execution, talent sourcing, and workforce planning initiatives.
She also held leadership positions as Associate Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting hiring solutions and recruitment delivery across business functions and technology-focused client portfolios.
Before joining Michael Page, Bhatia spent more than eight years with Experion Developers Pvt. Ltd., where she progressed through a series of HR leadership roles including Assistant General Manager – HR & Administration, Senior Manager – Human Resources, Manager – Human Resources, Deputy Manager – Human Resources, and Assistant Manager – Human Resources.
During her tenure, she led talent acquisition, leadership hiring, campus recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, HR systems automation, succession planning initiatives, and organizational development programs.
Earlier in her career, Bhatia worked with Ernst & Young, where she managed end-to-end recruitment, vendor management, contract negotiations, and campus hiring initiatives. She also completed a competency mapping project with Whirlpool of India and began her professional journey with American Express India.
Throughout her career, Bhatia has developed extensive expertise across talent acquisition, leadership hiring, employer branding, talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity University.
