San Francisco, California, United States, December 2024 – Freshworks has announced the appointment of Srinivasan Raghavan as its Chief Product Officer (CPO). Bringing over 20 years of leadership in the enterprise SaaS industry, Srinivasan, or Srini, will oversee the company’s product strategy, vision, and operations. He will focus on scaling Freshworks’ offerings in AI-powered service software, enhancing customer and employee experiences globally, and furthering the company’s mission of people-first innovation. He will report directly to CEO and President Dennis Woodside.
Srinivasan joins Freshworks after serving as Chief Product Officer at RingCentral, where he led product management and user experience teams to deliver intelligent and connected experiences for users. During his tenure, he spearheaded innovations that delighted customers and strengthened RingCentral’s market position.
Prior to RingCentral, Srini held multiple leadership roles at Five9, including Senior Vice President of Product Management and Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. At Five9, he was instrumental in scaling the company’s AI, automation, and digital product lines while leading the acquisition and integration of three companies to expand capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Srini held strategic roles at Cisco, managing product strategy for collaboration software and IoT solutions. His expertise spans diverse industries, including academia, e-commerce, energy, and financial services, further showcasing his ability to deliver transformative solutions across sectors.
