Dallas, TX, United States, June 2024 – Staci Tubbs has taken on a new role as the Chief People Officer at Endurance. In this position, Staci will lead the Talent & People organization, driving the formation of all people operations and supporting the company’s growth both domestically and internationally.
Before joining Endurance, Staci was the Chief People Officer at Tricolor Holdings for two and a half years. In this role, she was responsible for benefits administration, HR information systems, onboarding, employee engagement, labor and employment law, HR analytics, executive decision-making, performance reviews, and strategic leadership. Her extensive experience in these areas played a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s HR functions and overall employee experience.
Prior to Tricolor Holdings, Staci served as the EVP, Content and Facilitation at RevJen Group, where she partnered with nonprofits and key stakeholders to provide revenue capacity-building training and professionally facilitated peer groups. Her work at RevJen was focused on empowering nonprofit leaders and organizations, significantly amplifying their impact and effectiveness.
Staci also founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Staci Tubbs Leadership, a management consultancy aimed at expanding the impact and effectiveness of CEOs in small and middle-market businesses. Over five years, she helped businesses ranging in size from $0.5 million to $2 billion to achieve better business outcomes through leadership assessments, facilitated workshops, and executive coaching.
Additionally, Staci was the Chief Executive Officer at Stellar, a privately owned global business process outsourcing provider. During her tenure, she re-engineered processes, achieved target profit goals, restructured the organization, and significantly grew the business pipeline.
Earlier in her career, Staci held the positions of Vice President, Sales and Integration and Regional Vice President Call Center Operations at ACS, A Xerox Company. She managed substantial sales quotas, led major client accounts, and was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
