Burbank, California, United States, December 2024 – Stephanie Llewellyn has been named Vice President, Head of Human Resources at Cast & Crew, where she will oversee the company’s HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership and strategic people management to her new role.
Stephanie Llewellyn has been with Cast & Crew for over four years, serving as Interim Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Director. During this time, she spearheaded initiatives in employee engagement, organizational development, and HR transformation, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Cast & Crew, Stephanie held the role of Human Resources Director at Media Services for more than nine years. Here, she developed and implemented HR strategies that supported the company’s business objectives while fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie served as a Program Coordinator at Generation Rescue, where she managed impactful programs and events aimed at supporting organizational goals. Her ability to coordinate large-scale initiatives and drive program success further demonstrated her versatility in leadership roles.
Stephanie’s career began at Nordstrom, where she worked for nearly 13 years, ultimately serving as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, she honed her expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development, laying the foundation for her successful career in human resources.
