His strategic initiatives not only achieved profitability within 18 months but also introduced industry-leading digital sales tools for advisor distribution. His tenure at Legal & General America as Vice President: Head of U.S. Partnerships, and Protective Life as Vice President: National Account Manager further showcases his ability to foster meaningful partnerships and drive sales growth through innovative strategies.
