Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 – Stuti Ghosh has been promoted to Vice President – Skills Architecture and Management at Standard Chartered, stepping into a global leadership role aligned with the bank’s vision of building a skills-powered organization.
In this role, Stuti Ghosh will lead the development and execution of skills architecture frameworks, enabling the transition from traditional job-based models to future-ready, skills-driven talent ecosystems. Her mandate will focus on shaping how talent grows, connects, and contributes across the organization globally.
Stuti Ghosh has been associated with Standard Chartered for over a decade, building a strong track record across talent strategy, organization design, and HR transformation. Most recently, she served as Director – Group Talent, where she played a pivotal role as Global Product Owner of the Talent Marketplace, driving digital talent platforms, internal mobility, and future-ready workforce initiatives.
Prior to that, she held the role of Director – Group Organisation Design, leading global organization design frameworks and enabling large-scale transformation and business optimization initiatives.
She also served as Senior Manager – Succession Planning & Talent Review, where she implemented global succession frameworks and talent review strategies for critical roles across the organization.
Earlier in her career, she held roles in Talent Management and Talent Engagement, contributing to global graduate programs, leadership development initiatives, and large-scale talent analytics projects within the bank.
She began her HR career with Easy Bill Limited (Hero Group Company), where she built foundational expertise in HR operations, talent management, and employee lifecycle processes.
Stuti Ghosh holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
