With over two decades of experience in human resources within the financial services sector, Roy Chowdhury is set to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Stashfin as the company continues to expand its operations. His proven track record in strategic human resource management and development positions him as a pivotal addition to Stashfin’s leadership team.

Before joining Stashfin, Roy Chowdhury held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Satin Creditcare Network Limited from April 2016 to January 2024. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in driving HR initiatives that supported significant business growth and transformation.

Prior to his role at Satin Creditcare, he was Vice President of HR at Poonawalla Fincorp (formerly Magma Fincorp Ltd.) from February 2012 to March 2016, where he led HR practices that significantly enhanced organizational capabilities and employee engagement.

Earlier, Roy Chowdhury served as Vice President of HR at ICICI Securities and was instrumental in developing HR strategies that aligned with business goals from June 2010 to February 2012. He also made substantial contributions to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources, where he was involved from March 2006 to June 2010.

His extensive career also includes a role as Senior Manager at Magma Leasing, where he developed and executed HR strategies that supported the company’s growth and operational objectives.
