Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Subitha Pallithara has been elevated to Vice President – Rewards at Vodafone Idea Limited. Her appointment marks an important leadership milestone in her human resources career and reflects the company’s confidence in her expertise across rewards, performance, compensation, and people strategy. In this role, she is set to contribute to the company’s broader people agenda at one of India’s leading telecom service providers.
Before joining Vodafone Idea Limited, Subitha Pallithara served as Group Head – Rewards & Performance at Arvind Limited, where she led the rewards and performance function for the group. Prior to that, she was Senior Manager – Rewards at DBS Bank, where she added valuable experience in rewards strategy within the banking sector.
Earlier, she built a substantial part of her career at L’Oréal, where she held multiple roles over nearly six years. Most recently there, she served as Manager – Total Rewards, with responsibilities spanning international mobility, policy design and implementation, benefits administration, compensation surveys, job evaluation and banding, and rewards and recognition. Before moving into rewards, she worked in talent acquisition roles, including Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition in Mumbai and Singapore, as well as Management Trainee. These assignments gave her strong exposure across both talent and total rewards, helping shape a well-rounded HR leadership profile.
She also completed a Summer Internship at L’Oréal, adding early exposure to the organization before beginning her full-time HR journey there. Her career progression reflects a strong evolution from talent acquisition into strategic rewards leadership, supported by cross-industry experience across beauty, banking, lifestyle, and telecom sectors.
Subitha Pallithara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development. Her academic grounding in HR, combined with her practical experience in total rewards and performance management, has supported her rise into senior leadership.
