Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Susan Cutinha has been appointed as the Global Head of Leadership Development, Organizational Development & Culture at LTIMindtree, where she will focus on enhancing a culture of care and excellence while designing and scaling impactful leadership experiences globally.
Prior to this role, Susan Cutinha was with Atos for nearly three years, where she held multiple senior positions including Group Head – Talent and Head – L&D – Industries. In her tenure, she played a pivotal role in driving learning transformation and talent strategies at the group level.
Before that, she spent over a decade at Atos Syntel, where she held diverse leadership roles such as Program Lead – Global ONE, General Manager and Head – Learning & Development, Head L&D – B&PS Division, and Deputy General Manager – Training & Head – Training Service Delivery. She also served as Location Head – Training & Development IT, where she contributed significantly to capability building and L&D governance.
Earlier in her career, she worked with L&T Infotech (now part of LTIMindtree) for around six years as Senior Training Manager, where she led training interventions for large technology teams. Before that, she was Centre Head & Group Leader (Technical) at NIIT, managing multiple training centers and ensuring delivery excellence. She began her career at Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. as a Systems & Database Executive, where she handled system and database administration and application development.
