Suzana Hoff has been with NNIT for over two years. Prior to her current role, she served in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition, where she contributed to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and compliance with background check regulations.
Before joining NNIT, Suzana spent over eleven years at Capgemini as a Recruiting Operations/Talent Acquisition professional. In this role, she was responsible for results-driven recruitment, on-boarding, campus recruitment, and ensuring candidate experience compliance. Her contributions significantly impacted Capgemini’s ability to attract and retain top talent.
Earlier in her career, Suzana worked as an Information Specialist at Abbott Laboratories. She was responsible for accurately summarizing and recording adverse event information into multiple database systems for Abbott’s Pharmaceutical Safety Division, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
