In this role, she will lead the People Enablement function, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, aligning teams around shared culture and values, and creating clear pathways for professional development across the organization.
Tanya Reu-Narvaez joins Compass International Holdings with over two decades of experience in human resources leadership within the real estate sector. She is currently serving as Chief People Officer at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., where she leads enterprise-wide people strategy, focusing on talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to this, she spent over 20 years with Realogy Holdings Corp., where she held several senior leadership roles including Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, Human Resources. During her tenure, she was a key member of the senior leadership team, driving human capital strategies, talent management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational development across multiple global real estate brands.
Her experience also includes earlier roles at Globix Corporation, where she led national staffing expansion and HR operations, and Buck Consultants, where she focused on recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, particularly in campus hiring and leadership pipeline development.
Known for her “people-first” leadership philosophy, Tanya has built a strong reputation for fostering inclusive cultures, strengthening employee experience, and aligning HR strategy with business growth objectives.
