In her new role, Tasha will lead the company’s global HR initiatives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic HR leadership to align with G&W Electric’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
Tasha brings a wealth of experience in human resources leadership. Before joining G&W Electric Co., she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Composites, where she drove HR strategies to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Prior to that, Tasha held the position of Human Resources Director, Industrial Automation – Americas at IMI Norgren, where she played a key role in talent management and strategic partnerships. She also previously worked at G&W Electric Co. as Senior Manager of Human Resources, where she managed global talent acquisition and succession planning.
Earlier in her career, Tasha held leadership roles at Corelle Brands and SIRVA, focusing on HR strategies, performance metrics, and customer relationship management. Her foundational experiences in customer service and HR laid the groundwork for her distinguished career.
