Lewisville, Texas, United States – October 2024 – Taylor Franco has been named the new Director of Talent Acquisition at Caliber Collision. In this role, Taylor will be responsible for leading and optimizing talent acquisition strategies, driving recruitment operations, and implementing innovative approaches to attract top talent across Caliber’s extensive network of over 1,600 centers nationwide.
Before joining Caliber Collision, Taylor served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Holland America Group for 1 year and 10 months, where she led recruitment strategies, oversaw new TA technology implementations, and managed recruiting efforts for the company’s land-based operations in Alaska. Her focus included innovative recruitment programs like text marketing and improved on-site data capture.
Prior to her time at Holland America Group, Taylor worked at Celanese as the University and Diversity Recruiting Lead for nearly 6 years, where she developed and managed global university and diversity recruitment initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Taylor was the Local Sales Manager at Jason’s Deli for over 2 years, managing client relationships across multiple locations in the DFW area. She also held positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Recruiting Assistant and Human Resources Assistant, contributing to onboarding processes, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
