Terex Corporation Announces New Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

NORWALK, Conn. — Terex Corporation, a global leader in materials processing machinery and aerial work platforms, proudly announced the appointment of R. Mark Cox as the new Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. This strategic appointment is effective immediately, with Cox taking over from Randy S. Williamson, who is set to retire.

R. Mark Cox comes to Terex with a robust background in corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Trinity Industries, Inc. since 2021. His extensive experience includes senior M&A roles at Wabtec Corporation, Eaton Corporation, and Stone Canyon Industries, following a foundational career in investment banking at US Warburg and Prudential Securities.

Cox holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School, both at the University of Virginia.
